Hope and light is a social enterprise. We give hope and light to those who are suffering from mental health issues. Our aim is to reach to everyone and anyone who are effected by current or previous mental problems.
Our objective is to provide alternative ways of therapy to those who has tried every other avenue to help with their daily mental health problems, anxiety and worries. We believe that using alternative ways of therapy can help a lot someone with mental health issues.
