Optician’s practice brings ANOTHER exclusive brand to Doncaster ??

Iconic British independent eyewear brand Cutler and Gross have chosen Edwards & Walker Opticians to exclusively stock their frames in Doncaster.

Known for their fine craftmanship and worn by everyone from David Hockney, Grace Jones and Sir Elton John to Cate Blanchett, Pedro Pascal, Michael Fassbender and Debbie Harry, these frames are the sum of flamboyance and flair as much as generational expertise and time-honoured techniques.

The brand was founded by opticians Graham Cutler and Tony Gross, who opened their first store at 16 Knightsbridge Green in 1971.

What began as a small, bespoke service quickly built a following through word of mouth, and the brand has spent over five decades developing a reputation for the fine details that make them standout.

The oyster pin. The compass 8-pointed star. The gold foil logo hand-placed into the inside of the right temple. The bespoke core wire that represents the theme of the collection.

Each pair is numbered, and handmade in workshops in Italy and Japan. They are collectibles in their own right.
