?? Behind many working people is a family member quietly balancing work with caring for someone they love who is living with dementia.

At The Rainbow Care Group, we believe dementia care should be about the person, not just the diagnosis.

Our Dementia Day Clubs are live and fully operational, providing a welcoming and supportive environment where every individual is treated as an individual.

We take the time to get to know each person — their interests, personality, abilities and the things they genuinely enjoy — so their day can be shaped around them.

Because one size doesn't fit all. Bingo might be perfect for one person, while someone else might prefer music, conversation, getting creative, going for a walk or simply enjoying a cup of tea with good company.

Our aim is to provide meaningful, personalised days for our members, while also giving families and carers valuable respite and peace of mind, knowing their loved one is being supported by a team who takes the time to understand them.

As a local business, you may not always know what your employees are dealing with outside of work.

One of your employees could be supporting a parent, partner, grandparent or another loved one living with dementia — quietly trying to balance work, family and caring responsibilities.

Having the right support in place can make a meaningful difference. Knowing that their loved one has somewhere welcoming, safe and personalised to spend the day could provide a family with much-needed support, while helping an employee feel more able to balance their responsibilities.

You never know who within your team, or wider business network, may be looking for this kind of support.

That's why we offer a FREE TASTER DAY.

A Taster Day isn't about making a commitment. It's an opportunity to come along, meet our team, experience the Club and see how our personalised approach works in practice.

For some families, that first visit may be all they need to realise that regular Club attendance could be the right support for their loved one — providing them with meaningful days, new experiences and a welcoming community, while giving their family valuable respite.

There really is nothing to lose by coming along and seeing what we can offer. It could be the change and support you've been looking for. ??

We are proud to be part of the Doncaster business community and would love to connect with local businesses, employers and organisations who may know someone who could benefit from our support.

The right support can make a difference — and sometimes, it starts with simply knowing that it's there.
