Neurodiversity is a relatively new term. It means accepting the idea that it’s perfectly normal for our brains to function in many different ways. And it means accepting all the behavioural traits that result from that huge diversity.
Neurotypical people were previously considered “normal”, and neurodivergent people were thought of as “abnormal” or “disordered”. Thankfully attitudes are changing, and this error in thinking is now being corrected. Neurodivergence is now recognised in the context of law and employment.
Our qualified training team have the expertise and experience to help you learn about, and be more aware of, neurodiversity. We encourage open discussions between our delegates and offer sessions delivered to help you see the world from a neurodivergent point of view.
We base our training on the real-life experiences of neurodivergent individuals. We provide first-hand insight and shine a light on all the positives that anyone who thinks differently can bring to any organisation.
