What Do you Do?

Last week I was asked by someone I have known for a couple of years What does Applaud Business Consultancy actually do? 

So hopefully below will explain this and, more importantly, how it all fits together.

At the heart of everything is Business Growth Consultancy. That’s the anchor. The big picture. The “where are we going and how do we get there?” work.

Around that sit the practical things that enable growth:
? Business Management Putting structure, systems, and clarity in place so the business actually runs well day to day.
? ISO Compliance ISO 9001, ISO 22301 (and others). Not for the sake of certificates, but because strong processes, risk management, and consistency help businesses scale and win work.
? Accreditation Assistance CHAS, Safe Contractor, Constructionline. Removing barriers so businesses can tender, grow, and say “yes” to opportunities with confidence.
? Business Continuity Planning Because growth means nothing if the business can’t withstand disruption.
