Virginia Perkins has served as Chief Executive Officer of Hesley Group since August 2024, leading a specialist provider supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and intensive support needs.
With more than 30 years’ experience across health, social care and education, Virginia is passionate about creating supportive, high-performing cultures and enabling better lives. Her leadership is focused on quality, person-centred support, continuous improvement and developing services that respond to individual need. She believes the best outcomes are achieved by empowering colleagues to work together, enabling the people we support to live fulfilling, purposeful and increasingly independent lives.
