TwentyFour named Double Finalists in Global Industry Awards

TwentyFour IT Services, Doncaster based Managed IT, Cyber Security, Cloud, AI & Automation and Compliance provider, has been named as a finalist in two categories at the Global 2026 MSP Titans of the Industry Awards, putting the Doncaster based business alongside leading Managed Service Providers (MSP) from around the world.

TwentyFour IT Services has been shortlisted for the EMEA MSP award, recognising its continued global growth and success, while Chief Technical Officer Tony Houlihan has also been named a finalist in the Veteran Owned/Led category.

The double finalist nomination marks another significant milestone for a business that has grown from its roots in Doncaster to provide IT support and cyber security services to businesses with locations across 19 countries.

TwentyFour provides 24/7/365 Managed IT support alongside Cyber Security, Cloud and Compliance services to businesses operating across a wide range of industries. Recently being recognised as an IASME accredited Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus Certification Body.

Their growth and success have been heavily influenced by maintaining close relationships with its clients, combining technical expertise with an in-depth “know your client” philosophy, regular strategic reviews and vCIO, or Virtual Chief Information Officer, guidance designed to ensure technology supports each client's wider business objectives.

Mike Smith, Managing Director at TwentyFour, said: “Being named as a finalist in the EMEA category is something the whole team can be incredibly proud of. TwentyFour has grown significantly, but what matters most to us is that we have been able to do that without losing the focus on our clients and the service we provide.

“To receive recognition at a global industry awards alongside MSPs from around the world is a fantastic achievement. It reflects the work our team puts in every day and the trust our clients continue to place in us.”

Tony Houlihan, Chief Technical Officer at TwentyFour, added: “When we started the business, the ambition was always to build something that combined strong technical capability with a genuine commitment to our community and to the people and businesses we support, wherever they may be.

“To now see TwentyFour shortlisted as a finalist in the EMEA MSP category on a global stage is a proud moment. Technology has changed enormously over the years, but our focus on doing the right thing for our clients, investing in our people and continually improving has remained the same.”

The recognition is particularly significant for Tony, who has also been individually shortlisted in the Veteran Owned/Led category.

His military background has played an important role in shaping the culture and values of TwentyFour, with an emphasis on teamwork, accountability, responsibility and supporting those around you. That commitment extends beyond the business itself, including supporting military veterans in building careers beyond their time in the Armed Forces.

TwentyFour is also a signatory to the Armed Forces Covenant, demonstrating its commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community, including serving personnel, veterans, reservists and military families. The Armed Forces Covenant is a national commitment that those who serve or have served, and their families, should be treated with fairness and respect.

The business is also a partner, sponsor and supporter of Military vs Cancer, a charity supporting serving and former members of the Armed Forces, as well as their immediate families, through the impact of cancer. The cause holds particular significance for TwentyFour, with cancer having affected members of its team both directly and indirectly.

Tony said: “My military background has influenced a lot of the principles I have carried into TwentyFour, particularly around teamwork, accountability and doing the job properly.

“TwentyFour has always been about the team rather than any one person, so whilst being recognised in the Veteran Owned/Led category means a great deal to me, I am more proud of what we have built together and especially proud of the people who continue to push the business forward.”

The MSP Titans of the Industry Awards bring together Managed Service Providers and technology leaders from around the world, with the 2026 winners set to be announced at an awards gala at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California, on December 9th 2026.

For TwentyFour, reaching the final in two categories represents recognition not only of its continued international growth, but of the people and values behind that success.

The company will now head to Beverly Hills representing Doncaster, South Yorkshire and the wider UK Managed Service Provider industry on the global stage.
