One2Call Implements High-Tech Solutions for Local Hotel, Resort, Spa, and Restaurant

The Van Dyk by Wildes (a luxury 4-star hotel known for its innovative robotic waitress) initially reached out for assistance with their connectivity solutions but, as the relationship grew, so did the services One2Call provided.

In addition, the team surveyed, designed, and managed the hotel's physical cable network infrastructure, as well as the guest wireless solution. 

The hotel also required a strong and clear phone system, and One2Call implemented 3CX, a powerful and easy-to-use phone system that covers reception, back office, and in-room calls. Providing the hotel with a seamless system that can be used by staff and guests alike. Guests are given the ability to make external calls as well as quick buttons for contacting reception or the kitchen for customised room service. 

One2Call also provided security solutions for the hotel, including CCTV & access control for staff and guests alike. This also included the hotel’s key card room system and guest access to areas such as their spa which is restricted from day guests to the restaurant. They also implemented an innovative touch point security check system for their on site 24/7 security personnel.

One2Call’s continued relationship has also extended to complete IT Support for the hotel, as well as 24/7/365 server monitoring and out of hours critical fixes. The hotel is protected by best-in-class Cyber Security, Ransomware Protection, Email Threat Protection, and Active Dark Web Monitoring, and has a 3-stage backup policy in place including added cloud to cloud backup solutions with off-site restore capabilities.
