The National Children's Air Ambulance has a limited number of places in the London Marathon 2027, to secure your places then please register your interest as soon as possible using the link below:

We are expecting significant demand for places in the event, so we would encourage you to register your interest as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Once registered, a member of our team will call to talk through your registration form and explain the next steps.

Please note that although we will do our best to accommodate everyone who wants to take on this incredible challenge for us, completing this registration of interest does not guarantee you a place in the race.

When a critically ill baby or child needs specialist treatment, they may need to travel hundreds of miles to reach the right hospital.  By taking on this challenge and fundraising, you’ll help National Children’s Air Ambulance make more lifesaving transfers.  Every mile you run could help us be there for a critically ill baby or child and family facing their most difficult day.

- Ensure we have medical air onboard which is used to support premature babies and patients with cardiac conditions
- Pay towards fuel to power our next mission
- Fund oxygen onboard our helicopters and in critical care cars to help babies and children to breathe
