FENWOOD SECURES BROWNFIELD HOUSING GRANT TO ACCELERATE BUILD OUT OF FLAGSHIP RESIDENTIAL SCHEME IN DONCASTER

 Fenwood Estates Limited (“Fenwood” or “the company”), the Doncaster based land and property development company, has secured a Brownfield Housing Fund grant of £272,000 from the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority to accelerate the build out of its ‘AIR’ development in Auckley, Doncaster. 
 
‘AIR’ – the build out of 27 2, 3 and 4 bedroom properties on a 1.44 acre plot at the junction of First Avenue and Hayfield Lane – sits close to the strategically significant Gateway East development in Doncaster.  
 
18 of the 27 new homes are being developed on brownfield land.  SYMCA funding will be used as a contribution to the remaining fit-out costs to complete the development by the end of March 2025, ready for the homes to be sold to market buyers.
 
Bellona Advisors and ADE Regeneration acted for Fenwood in securing the grant.
