At Treo, we’ve had the absolute pleasure of supporting Clean N Bright with the successful placement of their newest Cleaning Operative, Davyd. Our partnership began through networking events, and it’s been a brilliant connection ever since.
 
During what was a very busy period for Clean N Bright, we were able to take away the pressures of recruitment. We started by getting to know the team’s dynamics and understanding exactly the type of person they were looking for. From there, we strategically headhunted and shortlisted candidates, supported the interview process, and oversaw onboarding, including completing all safer recruitment checks to ensure full compliance.
 
After Davyd’s successful placement, we visited him on his first day to provide ongoing support, not only to him but also to Lisa and Wayne at Clean N Bright. For us, recruitment is about building long-term partnerships and always prioritising partnership over profit.
