Lakeside Village joins forces with Signum Facilities Management

Lakeside Village Outlet Shopping has appointed Signum Facilities Management to deliver comprehensive facilities management services across the popular retail destination.
 
The appointment sees two Doncaster-based organisations working together, underlining Lakeside Village’s continued investment in the local economy while ensuring the highest standards of facilities management for retailers, staff and visitors.
 
Signum Facilities Management is responsible for a wide-ranging programme of planned and compliant maintenance to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre. Their remit includes essential safety checks, mechanical and electrical services, and preventative maintenance across the site such as lightning protection testing, roller shutter doors maintenance, Portable Appliance Testing (PAT), boiler servicing, gas detection and shut off services and air conditioning checks.
 
The partnership helps ensure Lakeside Village continues to provide a safe, welcoming and well-maintained environment for shoppers and tenants alike, while also reducing downtime and improving operational efficiency.
