Holistic IT Announces the Launch of the Doncaster Cyber Readiness Programme - Fully Funded Support for Local Businesses

A new, fully funded cyber security initiative for local businesses has been launched at the Creative, Digital & Tech (CDT) Forum held at XP School.

The Doncaster Cyber Readiness Programme has been created and is delivered by Holistic IT, in partnership with the City of Doncaster Council, the Advanced Employment Hub, and Business Doncaster. The programme is designed to help Doncaster-based small and medium-sized organisations improve their cyber security posture and build long-term digital resilience.

The programme focuses on practical, accessible guidance aligned to Cyber Essentials, supporting businesses to better understand cyber risks and implement effective protections. Topics covered include IT scoping, firewalls and network security, secure configuration, access control, malware protection, security updates, and preparation for a Cyber Essentials assessment.

The Doncaster Cyber Readiness Programme is fully funded, removing cost as a barrier for eligible organisations. However, places are limited, and interest has increased following the official launch at the CDT Forum.
