Fusion Camps Return to Doncaster and Barnsley This Christmas Half-Term!

Get ready for an action-packed Christmas break as Active Fusion’s popular Fusion Camps make their much-anticipated return to Doncaster and Barnsley this December half-term! Designed to keep children fit, active, and having fun, these camps are the perfect way to fill the school holiday with unforgettable experiences.

What are Fusion Camps?

Fusion Camps are created with a mission to keep kids aged 5–11 engaged and entertained, while also promoting health and well-being through a variety of physical and creative activities. Each day is filled with a bucket load of activities, from sports and games to creative arts, ensuring every child finds something they love. For young people aged up to 13, the Thurnscoe camp offers even more opportunities to join in the fun!

When and Where?

This December, Fusion Camps will be held across several venues in South Yorkshire, providing easy access to families in Doncaster and Barnsley. The confirmed venues are:

• Carcroft Primary School, Owston Road, Carcroft, DN6 8DR
• The King’s Cross Church, Urban Road, Hexthorpe, DN4 0EP
• Houghton Community Centre, Houghton Road, Thurnscoe, S63 0SB
• Longtoft Primary School, Church Road, Stainforth, DN7 5AE

Camps are open to children from any school and are a fantastic way to make new friends and stay active during the holidays.

What You Need To Know

The camps are designed for children aged 5–11, with the exception of Thurnscoe, which welcomes participants up to 13 years old. Camps will not be running on Wednesday 1st January 2025 due to it being New Years Day. Bookings are open to all children, regardless of the school they attend, so everyone is welcome to join in on the fun!
