Doncaster Training Organisation Shortlisted for Two Awards

A Doncaster-based company today announced that they have been shortlisted for the Chartered Management Institute’s (CMI) Outstanding Training Provider of the Year 2022 Award.

Premier Partnership has been nominated for this accolade, in recognition of the exceptional positive impact they have had on learner experience, professional development, and personal performance, as a result of their partnership with CMI.

At a time when workforce productivity is pivotal, Premier Partnership has helped transform management and leadership capability across numerous organisations through the delivery of a range of CMI qualifications that support both aspiring and progressing managers.

Working collaboratively with clients, they have met the unique learning requirements of many large organisations, including: Amazon; HMRC; DWP; Home Office; Border Force; and the Independent Office of Police Complaints, alongside local authorities, universities and blue light organisations. They do this by offering flexible and dynamic delivery, with virtual, face to face and blended options that meet the requirements of a diverse workforce.

During the last 12 months, Premier have continued to promote the necessity of well-targeted management development with the CMI through Round Tables, presentations, and direct marketing. They played a key role in a Civil Service Wide event made available to over 100,000 current and aspiring managers, ultimately helping learners to expand their skill set, to acquire new skills, as well as to refresh and update their knowledge.

In addition, Amanda Kane, Premier Partnership’s Client Relationship Director has been shortlisted for the CMI Champion of the Year 2022 Award, recognising her expertise at supporting organisations through the development of their teams through the CMI community.

Amanda has championed exceptional learning and the key role of the Chartered Management Institute across the businesses and the public sector for the last eight years, ensuring that all have understood the benefits of developing managers particularly through a CMI qualification.

In her role, Amanda has helped grow the qualifications side of the business by creating a helpdesk, along with the support mechanisms to provide guidance and assistance to over 3000 learners taking a CMI qualification. She has also ensured that Premier meets the highest standards of delivery to both internal and external learners, ultimately achieving CMI Chartered Status.

David Pearson, Managing Director at Premier Partnership said, “it is a huge privilege to have been nominated for these awards in recognition of the effort placed by teams at both Premier Partnership and within clients to ensure access to game changing and impactful learning. Having won the awards previously, I’m very optimistic.”
