Customers crown their favourite Lakeside Village store

The stores and staff at Lakeside Village are celebrating the best-of-the-best following their centre’s annual retail awards!
 
Each year the leading Doncaster shopping outlet hosts its retailer awards which see stores and individual staff members honoured for their customer service and going over and above in their work.
 
Voted by customers at Lakeside Village, the Favourite Store of the Year category was awarded to Etto Caffe.
 
Other categories included best Customer Service which was won by Radley, Green Store of the Year which saw Klass walk away with the honour and Best Sales won by Roman.
 
The Team Member of the Year category took nominations from store staff, and the winner – Declan Slaine Cope from Tog 24 - was selected by Lakeside Village’s management team for successfully helping to relocate the store, and consistently working above and beyond his duties throughout the year.
 
A number of staff were also crowned Lakeside Village’s Superstars including Diane Smith from Next Outlet, Kian Creighton from Saltrock, Bridget Holmes from Ernest Jones, Peter Rooke from Skopes and Marie Fletcher from Clarks who have all gone the extra mile for their customers and community.
