Coppa Bar & Eatery - Exciting appointment of Head Chef Archie Moore!

We are excited to announce our newly appointed Head Chef Archie Moore

His passion for cooking started at and early age baking alongside his Grandma and creating everything from bread to custard tarts. Although Archie may be young, his culinary journey is rich with experience. From the age of 15 he started working in a rosette-awarded kitchen where he diligently prepped vegetables and washed dishes while learning the trade.

Archie has had the privilege of working alongside a range of talented chef's  who have helped him refine his technical skills and kitchen expertise. Along his journey, he has earned multiple awards in competitions with other young Chefs showcasing his talent and dedication.

Archie's vision for Coppa is clear, to establish  a reputation for culinary excellence, creating not only exceptional food but also a memorable experience. With him at the helm we are thrilled to embark on an exciting journey and cannot wait for you to join us in this new chapter.

Now serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and taking bookings for Christmas gatherings.

The venue lends itself to corporate entertaining with a sectioned off private area for more confidential meetings
