CFP Group secures vital funding for nursery purchase

A Yorkshire nursery is now set to achieve its growth plans after securing crucial funding to purchase its trading premises.

When the client received the opportunity to purchase the site they have rented for a number of years, they saw a chance to expand its services and drive the business forwards.   However, due to the complex title of the site, obtaining funding through traditional routes proved to be challenging. 

Jonathan Postle, Finance Broker at CFP Group, was committed to finding a solution.  Even after a number of lenders declined, Jonathan worked tirelessly to source a deal that would enable the nursery to make the purchase.  He worked flexibly with the lender to ensure the finance solution met the specific needs of the client and could be completed within a tight timescale.
