Lakeside Village Outlet Shopping is kicking off its 30th anniversary year by extending its longstanding partnership with Club Doncaster.
The popular shopping destination, which first opened its doors in 1996, will continue its 100Club Bronze partnership at the Eco-Power Stadium throughout 2026 - strengthening a relationship that has become a staple of the Lakeside community over the decades.
This comes at a time when Doncaster Rovers launch their new home kit, taking inspiration from the design that captured hearts twenty years ago as the players walked out on to the Keepmoat Stadium turf for the very first time.
Lyndsey Parry, centre manager at Lakeside Village, said: “As we celebrate an incredible 30 years at Lakeside Village and 20 years since the stadium was officially handed over, it feels only right to continue our partnership with one of our closest neighbours and biggest community allies.
“We’ve grown and evolved alongside and together we’ve created countless opportunities for families, fans and visitors to enjoy great experiences both at the centre and at the stadium.
“Marking this anniversary year with a renewed commitment to Club Doncaster reflects everything Lakeside Village stands for - community, collaboration and making Doncaster a brilliant place to live, work and visit.”
The extended 100Club Bronze partnership will once again see Lakeside Village featured prominently at the stadium, with visits from players and Donny Dog to the centre planned as part of this year’s celebratory activities.
As Lakeside Village prepares for a packed programme of 30th birthday events, including summer family fun, special giveaways, and a major celebration on Saturday 15 August, the partnership will help ensure that both organisations continue to champion the local community.
Visitors to Lakeside Village can enjoy free parking, a dog-friendly environment, a variety of food and drink outlets, and more than 45 stores, including Next, M&S, Clarks Outlet and Sketchers, The Body Shop and Radley, offering year-round discounts. The centre also hosts monthly Artisan and Craft Fayres, supporting local makers and creators.
Lyndsey added: “Our partnership with Club Doncaster is about more than sponsorship, it’s about being part of the culture and spirit that defines the Lakeside area. We’re proud to stand alongside the club in this milestone year and look forward to celebrating together with fans, shoppers and the community throughout 2026.”
Laura Hemstock, Head of Sales at Club Doncaster, said: “We’re proud to continue our long-standing relationship with Lakeside Village during such a significant milestone year. Their commitment to the local community aligns perfectly with our own values, and this partnership continues to create meaningful opportunities to engage supporters and families across Doncaster. We’re excited to build on what we’ve achieved together and play a part in their 30th anniversary celebrations.”
