Agemaspark Supervisors Luke Rivett and Craig Todd Achieve Distinction in Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship and Management Diploma
Doncaster based Agemaspark is proud to announce that two of its exceptional supervisors, Luke Rivett and Craig Todd, have successfully completed their Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship and the CMI Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management & Leadership, both with Distinction. This outstanding achievement highlights their dedication to excellence, personal growth, and commitment to leadership in the workplace.
Over the past two years, Luke and Craig have worked alongside Rotherham-based training provider Whyy? Change, dedicating six hours per week to rigorous learning while also balancing on-the-job training and workplace assessments. Their hard work and perseverance throughout the course have not only earned them these prestigious qualifications but also proven their exceptional capabilities as emerging leaders at Agemaspark.
Luke Rivett and Craig Todd have demonstrated a strong commitment to personal and professional development, making a significant impact on the team and the company. Their ability to apply the leadership principles learned during their apprenticeships to real-world situations showcases their readiness to take on greater responsibilities and further contribute to Agemaspark’s growth.
