A Golden Easter awaits at Lakeside Village!

Families are invited to step into a world of pure imagination at Lakeside Village this Easter.
 
From 30 March to 12 April, Doncaster’s leading shopping outlet will be a hive of ‘egg-citing’ activity centred around the Wonderful World of Willy Wonka with lots of sweets, treats, fun and games for visitors of all ages to enjoy,
 
Included in the ‘Easter Sweets & Treats’ at the outlet centre will be ‘Spot the Swirly Lollipops’.
 
To take part, visitors must collect an entry card from the Sweet Emporium and head out to look for the Swirly Lollipops around Lakeside Village. Each lollipop has a number, add them together to reveal which special anniversary Lakeside Village is celebrating this year. Then return the completed entry form to Sweet Emporium to receive a sweet treat.
 
Lakeside’s Spring Cinema will see three movies screened on Wednesday, 1 April.
Treat the family to a family-friendly showing of a favourite Willy Wonka film, starting with Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory (10am-12noon), followed by Charlie & The Chocolate Factory (12.30pm -2.30pm), and Wonka (3pm- 5pm).
 
The Easter Bunny’s Chocolate Workshop takes place on Saturday, 4 April from 10am-4pm. There will be a meet and greet with the Easter Bunny, and activities including design a lollipop, design a chocolate bar wrapper, and Easter crafting with wooden decorations.
 
On Tuesday, 7 April Easter Storytime will be perfect for children of all ages and their families, to celebrate Easter with stories and draw-alongs from the National Literacy Trust in Doncaster. Visitors will hear lots of fun Easter stories, learn now to draw the Easter Bunny – and pick up a new free book to take home!
 
Also running every day over Easter from 30 March is Charlie’s Crazy Golf, which is always great fun.
 
And that’s not all - Saturday, 4 April will play host to the next Artisan & Craft Fayre at Lakeside Village. The monthly showcase sees local independent businesses and artisans take their place alongside Lakeside Village’s famous name stores.
