About Us

DLJ Electrical Contractors Ltd was founded in 2020 by Dan Jones with a view to providing electrical services to the Doncaster area and beyond. In the 6 years since its conception the company has grown with its last accounts showing a turnover of over half a million and the next years predicted at over a million.
The company provides a wide range of electrical services, from partial and full installations (including car charger points) to full re-wires, electrical testing and remedial work, re-fitting after fire damage, and regular service contracts for a number of commercial clients.
2 years ago DLJ applied for CHAS accreditation which opened doors to a wider range of commercial customers. Being CHAS accredited was a turning point but it was also a learning curve which involved strict adherence to health and safety compliance, training and monitoring of workers and ensuring the professional stamp required of a growing company that now employs in excess of 10 staff.
DLJ have secured a number of large contracts within the commercial sector, including Hexthorpe School, Harry Needle Railroad Company (Worksop), AK Fire Protection (Rotherham), Autopak Solutions (Leamington Spa), Environmental Energy Controls (re contract at Spinner Point, Doncaster), Bingo 3000, Hawthorn M&E Services, ITC Building & Electrical Contractors, Migar Investments, QCS, Polydon and Tradesmen Building Roofing Services Ltd.
DLJ have not forgotten their roots, however, and continue to provide the domestic market with a full range of electrical services over a wide area.
