JHA Architecture was appointed to provide project management services for the construction of a bespoke office block in Doncaster. Designed for a local company, the project included ground floor office space for the client’s operations and a first floor configured as lettable space, offering additional flexibility and potential revenue streams.
Built as part of a larger industrial project to provide administrative and amenity services for site workers over two floors. The building made use of as much natural light as possible as an energy saving feature and to provide views over the wider site.
JHA Architecture were appointed by Thorne and Moorends Town Council as lead Consultants, Designers and Principal Designers, to deliver the refurbishment of a local vacant café, from inception to fruition.
JHA Architecture were appointed by Nottingham Tennis Centre to provide design services for the installation of a temporary inflatable air hall to cover four existing tennis courts. This was to enhance the centres other covered tennis facilities to enable them to provide for expansion of court facilities that could be utilised in winter months when they would otherwise not be used.
An exisitng dormer bungalow was extended to provide for an Hydrotherapy Room and therapy space with ancillary facilities and changing/showering areas along with significant internal modifications to provide improved access, bedrooming and specialist bathroom facilities.  Additional accommodation comprised hydrotherapy pool, changing/showering room, therapy space, plant room, circulation, bedroom and specialist bathroom.  Hoisting was provided throughout.
JHA Architecture has been involved in the development of AD plants at a number of sites around England. The plants take waste food that would otherwise be thrown away, from the likes of supermarkets, restaurants, hotels etc and uses the material to break it down by anaerobic action in sealed containers to produce biomethane and an inert digestate material.
