b:friend is a charity reducing social isolation experienced by older neighbours (over 65), in South Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire through 1:1 and group befriending. Our aim is to reconnect individuals with the people and places around them, improve their wellbeing and reduce the long-term health implications of loneliness. We facilitate 1:1 and group befriending giving opportunities for meaningful friendships to grow.
