All our courses are designed with the needs of the client at their core, we don't deliver off-the-shelf packages. Our style of delivery includes theory but mainly focuses on how it translates into real-life experiences. We are an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and City & Guilds centre and have recently been accredited by ELCAS and CTP (armed services resettlement bodies).
