As Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in kitchen operation, ensuring food safety standards are adhered to and to produce high-quality dishes that reflect our restaurant's ethos.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring exceptional food production and service.
- Minimum Level 3 in Food & Hygene
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food presentation and quality, ensuring consistency across all dishes served.
- Handle any customer feedback or concerns regarding food quality or service promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting. (min 3 years)
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
