Women in Business offers a great opportunity to network with women from difference sectors whilst enjoying a light buffet lunch.
Jane McNiece
Jane McNeice is founder of Mind Matters, a mental health training company based in South Yorkshire which Jane set-up in 2015. Mind Matters works both nationally and internationally to offer a range of online and face-to-face mental health training courses including Mental Health First Aid, suicide intervention training including SafeTALK and ASIST, resilience training, and training for managers in mental health. Jane’s company delivers award winning evidence based and accredited programmes and works with industry leading organisations to deliver excellence in mental health literacy. Clients include aviation, rail industry, Government departments, charities, schools (state and international), NHS, local authority, housing organisations, and many others. Following a life changing diagnosis in June 2021, Jane has recently embarked on her first novel and is soon to become an independent author, spearheading a campaign to see more ‘lost girls’ found, and to blend what we know about mental health with neurodiversity in order to benefit workplaces and individuals. Deborah Jenkins
Deborah Jenkins is a Clinical Aromatherapist and Holistic Therapist. She is fully insured with Balens and a professional member of Complementary Therapists Association. She has a treatment room in Rossington, Doncaster and offers aromatherapy, reflexology, facials and many kinds of massage.Deborah is passionate about holistic health and well-being and likes to treat the whole person.Deborah specializes in treating the symptoms of fibromyalgia and am currently working on her Master’s thesis in the subject. She wants to see women living their best life free from pain and illness as much as possible!
Rachel Hailstone
Rachel Hailstone has been a Partner / Director at HSR Law for three years since her qualification as a solicitor, at the firm, in 2014. Rachel specialises in all areas of Residential Conveyancing.
Emily Donnachie
Emily Donnachie is the Creative Director of District Four Design, a brand agency that specialises in Commercial Interior Design. District Four Design supports businesses of all levels from start-ups to global corporations, helping shape the visual presence of brands and re-shaping the workplace for “the new norm”. Their key focus is to create spaces that not only reflect the values of a company, but also design them with the end user in mind to help promote a positive working environment.
With a degree in Interior Design and background working in commercial spaces, Emily has a wealth of experience in this area.
Claire Burns
Claire founded Wurkplace Wellbeing after working in HR for over 15 years. Claire's passion for wellbeing in the workplace came about because she witnessed first hand the great benefits that can be seen when wellbeing is invested in properly.
Wurkplace Wellbeing currently supports organisations a number of ways from wellbeing strategy development and assessment through to Mental Health First Aid Training and Wellbeing Champion training. Through Wurkplace Wellbeing Claire has been very honored to work with a number of large scale organisations including Zara, Sharps, NHS, Dunlop and Welcome Break.
In addition to these services, Claire has also just launched a range of Wurkplace Wellbeing boxes which seek to enhance employee wellbeing. These boxes have been carefully crafted with experts in the field and are a great way for organisations to promote wellness for their employees. A final project that Claire has been working on is her new programme entitled ' The Unspoken - Reproductive Health'. This project seeks to raise awareness of the challenges and changes of reproductive health in the workplace through work based training.
