Description
Our Lunch & Learn events combine networking, great food and the opportunity to take a step back from the working day to learn something new.
As part of our Women in Business programme, this session focuses on workplace wellbeing. In a busy working environment, it's easy to put learning and personal development to one side, but taking the time to build your knowledge can make a real difference to both you and your business.
Workplace wellbeing is about more than individual health. It's about creating environments where people can perform at their best, feel supported and stay engaged. For employers, investing in wellbeing can improve productivity, employee retention and reduce absence.
The event is made up of three interactive workshops, each exploring a different aspect of workplace wellbeing:
Financial wellbeing – building confidence around money, including financial planning and pensions, pay and negotiation, business finances, and employee financial wellbeing.
Emotional wellbeing – developing healthier workplace cultures through resilience, managing workload, setting boundaries and preventing burnout.
Physical wellbeing – practical ways to improve health, energy and performance.
After the workshops, you'll enjoy lunch and dedicated networking time, giving you the opportunity to discuss what you've learnt, share experiences and make new connections with other women in business.
Whether you're looking to pick up practical ideas for your workplace or simply make time to focus on your own development, you'll leave with new knowledge, useful contacts and ideas you can put into practice.
