Felicity is a human behaviour specialist with over 25 years’ experience in the field of L&D, specialising in leadership and line management.
She has held senior leadership positions in both the public and private sectors before forming her own company in 2010, where her team focus on developing behaviours, not changing personalities. Felicity has worked with a wide range of inspiring leaders in the last 3 decades including some of the most influential in business, education and even Olympic sport. In 2018, Felicity was awarded fellowship of the Chartered College of Teaching for her contribution to the development of sustainable leadership and the prevention of burnout, from which her award-winning Bright Lines Leadership programme, was born.
Felicity leads an all-woman team right here in Yorkshire, serving all teams great and small, all over the country. She is passionate about keeping the spirit of learning alive and giving back to her local community. She is a trustee for Active Fusion here in Doncaster, runs a mentoring programme for Women in Leadership and supports a number of charities and education teams through her leadership mentoring and coaching. But when the work clock stops, her most important work is being mum to her sport mad sons, who inspire her every day to Be the person, who DOES the thing.

Nichola is deeply involved in her local community, serving as a trustee at Lindsey Lodge Hospice, a school governor, and as a National Leadership Board member for the National Association of Funeral Directors. She also mentors women in confidence and leadership and contributes to business discussions within the House of Lords.
Nationally recognized as one of the UK’s Top 100 Female Entrepreneurs in 2023, Nichola balances her career with family life, supporting her two sons in their academic pursuits. She is passionate about sustainability and innovation, she continues to inspire positive change in business and beyond.
Karen Staniforth:
Karen is a visionary leader with over two decades of experience in construction and Facilities Management, renowned for transforming businesses and driving operational excellence. She has a proven track record of delivering award-winning services across diverse sectors, shaping high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
As Managing Director of HEB Cleaning and Hygiene and Marketing Lead for the HEB Group, Karen spearheads strategic growth, ensuring customer-centric solutions that redefine industry standards. Her leadership extends beyond facilities management, with a dynamic career that includes senior roles in national sales, marketing, and retail management.
A passionate mentor and people developer, Karen empowers individuals to unlock their full potential, inspiring excellence at every level. A graduate of Ashridge Business School, she blends strategic vision with hands-on expertise, making a lasting impact on the businesses she leads and the people she mentors.
Louise Roffey:
Louise is a seasoned charity professional, having started out as a young volunteer with her local youth centre and in the Scouting movement.
Louise has spent the majority of her career with the YMCA, most recently leading YMCA Doncaster's services for young people. Conscious of the impact that choices and chances make to all of our lives, Louise is currently working with YMCA trustees to redefine their city centre provision. Louise's role is multifaceted, involving forward planning, finance, project management and governance. She also oversees communications, fundraising activities and HR functions.
Louise is committed to everyone having the right opportunities and support to meet their full potential. Whilst young people are at the centre of her work, that interest extends to the staff and volunteers who she works alongside.

Doncaster Chamber are delighted to have Changing Lives as a Charity Partner for our Women in Business events. At Changing Lives Doncaster Women’s Centre and Community Hub they run a full timetable throughout the week to support women with English as an additional language in Doncaster. The Team work to address health inequalities within primary healthcare services, raising awareness and addressing women’s physical and mental wellbeing. We do this through education and a bespoke package of support inc group work, one to one support and community collaboration. In addition, they also facilitate a trauma informed early years programme supporting families from conception to nursery transition and beyond with our Special education needs advocacy.

To support Women from Minority groups to feel empowered in decisions about their lives, have a voice to challenge inequalities, influence change and embrace community.
