Join us for our Women in Business event, open to both members and non-members of the Chamber. Where you'll hear from four local businesswomen, who make up our panel for the session.
This session, our inspirational business leaders will discuss why they have made Doncaster the home of their business and why they see the city as as a great base for doing business.

Chinwe Russell:
Nigerian-born artist Chinwe has over 30 years of professional experience across many industries and geographies.
Chinwe has curated many international exhibitions and auctions featuring many artists from the world over.
In addition to developing her own thriving art practice, Chinwe has brought her passion, energy, and creativity to bear on revitalizing the visual arts sector in her adopted town of Doncaster by establishing the Doncaster art fair as well the D31 art gallery which has become the hub for the visual arts in the city
Jay Bhayani:
Jay is the Managing Director of Bhayani HR & Employment Law and Bhayani Recruitment. She is a specialist employment law solicitor and an expert in her field. She has over 25 years? experience of dealing with all aspects of HR and employment matters from recruitment to termination and everything in between and specialises in complex and sensitive issues, using her experience and knowledge to find tactical solutions. Jay has established an impressive reputation as one of the leading employment lawyers in the Yorkshire region and has won various accolades including Yorkshire lawyer employment lawyer of the year, ABDN Professional of the Year and shortlisted for the Yorkshire and Humberside Institute of Director?s business adviser of the year. In 2021 Jay was recognised by Enterprise Nation as the Top UK HR Advisor. Bhayani Law, under her direction, has won the Sheffield Business Awards for its ?Excellence in Professional Services?.
In addition to her legal work, Jay has participated in several boards and community initiatives both regionally and nationally. Her current roles include being an Entrepreneur in Residence at Sheffield Hallam University and sitting on the SHU Management School advisory board.
Kelly Butler is a qualified teacher of 22 years, holding Nasendco, NPQSL and NPQH qualifications who wants to see all children fulfil their potential. In Yorkshire, she has led SEND at school and Trust level focusing on vulnerable children and supporting them to overcome barriers. Creating KB Education as a Alternative Provision and educational consultancy is borne from her heart; she wants to see all children find their place in education and succeed. Opening her business in Doncaster is testimony to the inclusive practices within Doncaster Council and the need for quality AP that assesses children's needs alongside the curriculum needs.
