Doncaster businesses with fewer than 100 employees are invited to join an online webinar to hear more about the Wage Subsidy scheme and how it could support your organisation.

Part of the Pathways to Work programme across South Yorkshire, the scheme offers up to three months of wage subsidy to employers who can provide job opportunities for young people aged 16–30 who are currently not in employment, education or training (NEET).

This session is a chance to hear more about how the scheme works, what support is available, and what’s involved in taking part. It will also cover how employers can help young people gain valuable experience and move towards sustained employment.

The roundtable will include:

• An overview of the scheme
• Employer eligibility and expectations
• Support available through the Advance Employment Hub
• Next steps for organisations interested in getting involved
