The Menopause Cafe

Description

The Menopause cafe is a safe, female only, space to catch up with other ladies. We get together from 10-12 every 4 weeks and talk about our experiences, share tips and explore remedies and health issues relating to menopause, peri-menopause, HRT and related things. We confess sometimes we go off topic and just have a good old laugh at life & the world with female companions.
Come along it's an open group and a friendly vibe.
