• Three course lunch with wine followed by tea/coffee

Starter: Beetroot cured salmon, horseradish panna cotta, beetroot, parmesan crisp, dill
 
Main Course: 18hr slow cooked short rib beef, braised ox cheek croquette, fondant potato, wilted spinach, orange and aniseed carrot, red wine jus
 
Dessert: Selection of desserts, ice cream and fresh fruits, Yorkshire cheeseboard served with celery, grapes and biscuits spiced beetroot chutney, grapes and artisanal biscuits
 
Full Afternoon Tea

• Assorted finger sandwiches
• Sultana fruit scones with clotted cream and strawberry preserve
