Content of this five-day course:
- Attack methodologies used by terrorists.
- Understanding CT threat assessments, mitigation strategies and effective applications.
- Developing CT risk assessment and preparedness plans in line national counter-terrorism good practice.
- Understanding where to seek support from protective security specialists.

There are three assessments:
- Multiple choice question examination.
- Scenario-based assignment, comprising of a CT risk assessment and preparedness plan.
- Professional discussion.
