This online course will highlight the changing nature of our world of work in the public and private sector, and showcase a range of applications of restoration practices in this setting. You'll have the opportunity to learn specific tools you can apply to your own practice and how to address and overcome challenges in your own work.
The course consists of a two-day online block and four one-hour follow up sessions with restorative experts over a two-month period.
Day one will focus on an introduction to the emerging trends in an ever-changing modern workplace, restorative approaches and the levels and examples of restorative interventions.
Day two will cover examples of tools, restorative problem solving, creating a speak-up culture and how to operate restorative circles.
The following four one-hour sessions will focus on identified restorative initiatives and support of their planning and implementation.
