Description
Following the success of last year’s event, Doncaster Chamber is proud to announce that Rebuild and Recruit: Business and Prison Workforce is returning for a second year. This event provides businesses with an inside perspective on how hiring ex-offenders can support rehabilitation and create employment opportunities for current and former offenders, while strengthening connections between prisons and employers. Attendees will also have the opportunity to tour the facility and see first-hand the work being done to upskill and develop offenders, helping to ensure they are better prepared to seek employment and successfully re-enter society upon release.
We are delighted to be working with HMP Moorland, HMP Hatfield, HMP Lindholme and Serco (HMP Doncaster) in line with the support this will have on the wider community and our dedicated to delivering sustained improvements to public safety, business confidence and visitor experience into the city centre. .
