This comprehensive course in construction management is designed to equip professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The program uses the CIOB’s Code of Practice in Project Management to cover the fundamentals of construction project management and the application of best practices.

The course is delivered is structured into three comprehensive technical modules, and features engaging webinars on both of it’s 2 days of running, all provided as part of interactive online learning.

These modules cover essential aspects of the construction project environment, including project development stages, the full construction lifecycle, and effective project delivery strategies. Throughout the program, participants will gain an in-depth understanding of critical topics such as procurement processes and contract management, risk assessment and mitigation techniques, health and safety standards, and quality assurance requirements.

By the end of the Professional Certificate in Construction Project Management course, attendees will be equipped with the knowledge and practical insights needed to successfully manage and deliver construction projects in a dynamic and challenging environment. The course also includes a short module on the CIOB and how to become a member or fellow of the institute.
