About the Research Arcade

The Research Arcade is a free, interactive, family-friendly exhibition featuring activities and exhibits that explore the ideas and issues that shape our everyday lives. This year we will be focusing on Our Working Lives and what they might look like in the future. Sheffield’s world-leading social scientists will invite you to explore topics such as:

• The history of workers rights
• Lived experiences of care and caring
• Future workplace technologies
• The many benefits of green infrastructure
