During National Careers Week, 4,000 young people will be attending Opportunities Doncaster LIVE 2025.
Here, over 100 local and national businesses — as well as education providers — will be showcasing the breadth of opportunities that are available to young people right in Doncaster.
Through a combination of interactive stands, engaging activities and insightful talks, they will be able to see just how much is available right on their doorstep, across a wide range of industries.
At this flagship careers event we aim to Engage, Educate and Inspire young people, so that they are made aware of career pathways that might otherwise never have occurred to them.

Register your school's attendance today via our online booking form, at which point a member of the team will liaise with your school accordingly to provide further details. Full packs will be provided to schools prior to the event taking place.

Schools Code of Conduct
Should a school fail to attend the event or cancel less than 14 days prior the event taking place they will incur a charge of £200. Each school is responsible for any damage caused at the venue by their students and will incur repair charges. By making a booking for the event your school is agreeing to these terms.
We believe that fostering a positive and professional environment at Opportunities Doncaster Live is crucial for the benefit for all participants. To ensure a successful and respectful experience, we expect attending schools/students to adhere to the following during the event.

We believe that fostering a positive and professional environment at Opportunities Doncaster Live is crucial for the benefit for all participants. To ensure a successful and respectful experience, we expect attending schools/students to adhere to the following during the event.
Schools
- Students to be accompanied in line with national guidance on trips ratios.
- Each school must provide contact details of at least 2 members of staff that will be present at the Yorkshire Wildlife Park.
- Upon arrival, a member of staff should sign in at reception and sign out when leaving, for safeguarding purposes all adults should be listed.
- Each school should provide a member of staff to be stationed at the toilets
- Each school is responsible for any damage caused at OD Live by their students
Students
- Students to prepare for the visit to OD Live by bringing CVs.
- Students should approach OD live in a mature and professional manner, attending is school uniform where appropriate
- Students will not be given access to YWP Wi-Fi.
- Students are to complete the research questions provided, all completed research documents will be entered into a prize draw after the event.
- Students will remain inside the dedicated area for Opportunities Doncaster Live at Yorkshire Wildlife Park at all times.
- Students will treat each other with respect including those from other schools.
