Mind Matters is a hosting a LAUNCH EVENT to celebrate Mental Health Awareness week. 

This is an imperative week for our campaign, and movement, and we would love to see as many people there as possible. 

We campaign for change empowering Minds and redefining Mental Health. We’re here to transform our culture’s understanding of mental health by deliberately altering the language we use to discuss it. We advocate for ‘Mind Matters’ as a replacement term for ‘Mental Health.’

We provide services to individuals, families, companies and schools to help reframe how we see this issue, and make prevention the paramount importance.

Stigma and negative connotations associated with the words 'mental' can act as a debilitating barrier for people seeking help. To shake off the stigma surrounding mental health, we believe in reshaping our language. 

Through our ambitious campaign, ongoing research, and educational offerings we support families, schools, companies, and organisations to look after matters of the mind. 

We believe that words have power, that they are our biggest weapon / wand. We can use new language for matters of the mind with the intention to overcome barriers, dissolve stigma, and embrace the full spectrum of human emotion. 

We’re shaping a new culture around Mind Matters and emotional well-being.
