*** In conjunction with mental health awareness week we are running a course on managing time, stress & workload in the workplace.***
Learn how to manage your time, targets and time constraints while maintaining a work-life balance to minimise stress on you and your team.
Course will be held on Friday 14th May (9.00am - 12 noon) & Friday 21st May (9.00am - 12 noon).
Attendance on both dates is required to complete the course.
Key content:
- What is the difference between “stress” and “pressure”?
- Why is effective time and stress management so important to health, welfare and performance?
- Recognising and responding to realistic and unrealistic expectations and demands of others.
- Practical tips and techniques to help prioritise tasks, activities and workload demands effectively.
- Identifying personal stress indicators and coping strategies.
- Work-life balance – making informed choices and decisions
Joining instructions and invoice for payment will be sent directly from Doncaster College. The online training session will be delivered via Microsoft Teams.
Other information:
This is a 1 day course delivered as 2 x half day sessions (14th & 21st May 2021). You will automatically be booked onto sessions 2 after booking the first session.
