In November, we explored the skills challenges and opportunities for Gateway East and the aviation sector. Now it’s time to act.
This follow-up session will focus on agreeing concrete steps to deliver the solutions identified — from new training models to collaborative projects that strengthen the talent pipeline.
Your input will help shape:
- Priority actions for 2025 — what needs to happen first to meet sector demand.
- Delivery partnerships — who needs to be involved and how we make it work.
- Funding and investment opportunities — aligning resources to accelerate impact.
