Topic
The 2021 CIPD Learning and Skills survey unveiled a wealth of data on how over 1000 practitioners/ L&D teams adapted as a result of the Covid pandemic. Within this we uncovered some success stories of how L&D proved their value. We also found some teams had adapted quicker and had more impact than others.
Speaker:
A member of Danum Harriers running club, David can be seen plodding the streets of Doncaster, mostly before 7am except on club nights! A dad of three adults and a grandad to one, he is desperately waiting for parkrun to start again! At work he is the Digital Learning Portfolio Manager for the CIPDs learning and development and organisation design and development products. He is also the co-author of the 4th edition of the Learning and Development Practice in the Workplace book, something his English teachers did not predict.
