What is Lean & Six Sigma?
The Lean & Six Sigma Certification (ISO 18404:2015) is a highly sort after qualification within industry. The Yellow Belt Course is an introduction to business process improvement methods that evolves around the ability to define, measure, analyze, improve, and control (DMAIC) model.

What will I learn on this course?
When you look at changing how your business works, be it to be more efficient or to improve team engagement, mindset is the key to actually making the changes stick.
We’ll help you to learn and understand how and when to apply the right tools to fix the problems in your business.
We will expand your knowledge of how to identify the critical inputs to unravel the root cause issues and how to bring other team members along the change journey to transform your business.
Lean and Six Sigma Principles:
- Methodologies of Lean
- 6S
- Project charter – Scoping, defining and basic project principles
- Visual management and KPI reporting
- Graphical tools – Pareto etc.
- SMED (Think changeovers of tyres in F1 racing) It’s about being effective when the service needs to change, swap, adapt etc.
- FMEA (Think about a systematic way to talk about RISK in a process and how to eliminate/reduce failures in a given process or new product)
We have designed the programme for face-to-face delivery at our covid-19 secure HQ, and will deliver on-site with the agreement of the business and after completing a risk assessment.
