Please note this workshop is for businesses who have been trading for under three years, or people who are looking to become self-employed in the Sheffield City Region.
Understanding yourself and your customers
Building relationships and understanding others is key to making a successful business. This session will help you to understand yourself and your personality style and that of others so that you can adapt your approach in order to get the best out of working with them. It will also give you top tips on how to connect with potential customers and to be on 'their wavelength' and therefore increasing the likelihood that they will buy from you.
