Description
In partnership with Doncaster College this course is suitable for anyone within your organisation and provides an overview of Kaizen methodologies, strategies, tools and how to implement them in the workplace, when beginning the process improvement pathway.
Tues 2nd Feb (9:00am-12:00pm) & Tues 9th Feb (9:00am-12:00pm)
Attendance on both dates is required to complete the course.
- Realise the need to continuously improve.
- Identify the types of improvement that can be made as part of continuous improvement (CI).
- Learn how waste can be identified and eliminated.
- Use benchmarking to measure workplace performance.
- Select the best type of improvement to be applied to the workplace.
- Carry out the 12-step continuous improvement cycle.
- Recognise the key factors to achieve a successful Kaizen event.
- Apply performance indicating.
Joining instructions and invoice for payment will be sent directly from Doncaster College. The online training session will be delivered via Microsoft Teams.

This is a 1 day course delivered as 2 x half day sessions (9th & 15th December 2020). You will automatically be booked onto session 2 of 2 after booking the first session.
