There will be a focus on getting the balance between managing high performance for neurodiverse employees whilst staying on the right side of employment legislation.
CAITLIN WHITMORE
Caitlin will provide an introduction to neurodiversity in the workplace with a focus on ADHD and Autism. We'll explore what these conditions are, the common misconceptions and how neurodivergence can present itself in the workplace. She'll also provide examples of practical and low-effort adjustments that can make a real difference for your employees.
