In sales, nobody wins an argument. An objection is any reason or excuse provided by a potential customer as to why they can't or won't finalise a purchase. If a prospect's response to your sales pitch is anything other than providing their credit card details, that response is considered an objection. This training will equip you with the skills to navigate these objections and move towards the most rewarding part of the process - the close! We'll focus on closing with conviction, a technique that radiates confidence and reliability, inspiring the same level of confidence in your customers and increasing their likelihood to commit to the purchase.
