£695 per person plus vat. The fee includes all tuition, comprehensive course notes and information hand-outs, lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
The fee also includes a 'CPD' certificate provided by the CPD (Continual Professional Development) organisation. CPD is a recognised, independent body that assesses training courses to ensure the integrity and quality of the training meets their exacting standards and benchmarks.

This course will equip expeditors with the skills and techniques to improve supplier on-time delivery performance. Topics covered include systems to monitor and control supplier activity, communication techniques to gain commitment and methods to maintain and improve delivery performance. Attendees will leave motivated and confident to positively manage delivery and other crucial aspects of supplier performance. The course is a stimulating mix of lecturing input, Q&A sessions and team exercises and is presented by a qualified purchasing professional with years of experience gained at a senior level in high-profile organisations.
Attendees will understand the damage caused to the business by late delivery and therefore the importance of their job. They will learn communication techniques to enable them to build commitment from suppliers and apply pressure for action. They will gain knowledge of the key elements required for effective expediting systems and appreciate the importance of performance measurement. Attendees are also provided with an overview of how to deal with overseas suppliers. The course will develop confidence and improve effectiveness.
Intended for supply chain personnel who are new to the function or those with limited expediting experience. It is also suitable for other company personnel who have responsibility for supplier performance but who are not part of the supply chain function.
