Power: £60+VAT (PAT Tests Certificates must be provided by exhibitors)
Table (Clothed): £15+VAT
*NEW* Space Location: £50+VAT (Non Chamber members)

Additional notes

Stand sizes are fixed; the organiser may adjust layout within zones, but will not compensate for changes
Furniture (table, chairs, tablecloth) is optional and can be purchased separately
Power sockets can be added for an extra fee, but are intended for one piece of equipment per socket
The Chamber Team will contact you within 24 hours if you have chosen to option to select your space.

Please note: all stand bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed. Full payment must be received within 24 hours of booking or the reserved space will be released.

Rather than being allocated a stand, you can now handpick the spot that works best for your business, whether that’s prime position near the entrance, alongside complementary exhibitors, or in a specific zone that suits your setup. It’s all about giving you greater control over your showcase experience, helping you maximise footfall and make the most of your day. Spaces are limited, so early bookers get first choice!
